 Q: How long should delivery take within the UK and how much does it cost?

A: Products are sent from the UK and standard shipping to the UK should take between 2-4 working days and costs £3 (free for orders over £50). Express delivery should take between 1-3 working days and costs £5. 

 Q: Do you deliver outside of the UK and if so what is the cost of shipping?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Outside of the UK the shipping times and costs will vary. Packages to Europe should take 3-5 working days and the shipping cost is £9 for 'Standard (Not Tracked)' shipping, £12 for 'Tracked' or £13 for 'Tracked & Signed'. Shipping outside of Europe should take between 6-7 working days and costs between £13-21 dependant on region and shipping type.

 Q: Will I be charged any import/customs duty?

A: For orders that are being shipped outside of the UK you may be liable to pay some import/customs duty. This applies to Ireland, Europe and the Rest of the World.

 Q: Do you offer refunds and what is the policy?

A: Yes, we offer a full refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the product and we are notified within 30 days of receiving your item then we will provide a full refund. In the case of any faulty products we will cover the costs of return postage.

 Q: What material are the headcovers made from?

A: All our headcovers are made from PU leather and are either embroidered with cotton, stitched with PU leather or printed on (or a combination of the above) with a stitched fur lining on the inner and an elasticated back to ensure headcovers do not fall off easily.

 Q: What headcover size should I order for each club?

A: Driver headcovers should be ordered for all drivers. Fairway wood headcovers should be ordered for all fairway woods (3,5,7 etc.). Hybrid headcovers should be ordered for all hybrid/utility clubs.

Blade putter headcovers should be used for blade putters e.g. Scotty Cameron Newport, Taylormade TRUSS TB2, Odyssey White Hot OG1.

Mallet putter headcovers should be ordered for putters with a mallet shape e.g. Odyssey White Hot 2 Ball. The mallet headcover is 12cm wide and 11cm deep so please bear this in mind when placing your order.
